At a local level
- Underway: activities with women/children who are victims of abuse, aid to women with unwanted pregnancies, support for women who are
victims of sexual aggression, home visits to cancer patients and play activities with children during their stay in hospital.
At an international level
- Already carried out:
- Completion of the fifth cycle of chemotherapy treatment for a patient suffering from a neoplasm in the neck (Equatorial Guinea).
- Transfer of a child from Equatorial Guinea to the Son Dureta Hospital of Palma de Mallorca. The child suffered from a severe cardiopathy and had surgery at Vall d'Hebron Hospital of Barcelona.
- Transfer of a child from Equatorial Guinea to the Son Dureta Hospital of Palma de Mallorca. The child suffered from a maxilofacial Burkitt’s lymphoma, received chemotherapy at Niño Jesús Hospital of Madrid and
could return to Equatorial Guinea.
- Transfer of a man from Equatorial Guinea to the Son Dureta Hospital of Palma de Mallorca. The man suffered from a cerebral tumour and had surgery in this hospital. Fortunately, the man could return home.
- Sending of medication, donated by the University Hospital of Son Dureta to the Guinean charity "The Good Samaritan", for the treatment of AIDS patients.
- Transfer of a child from Equatorial Guinea to the Son Dureta Hospital of Palma de Mallorca. The child suffered from a severe cardiopathy. She had surgery and she could return home.
- Transfer of a 24 year-old patient from Equatorial Guinea to the Manacor Hospital Trust. This person has severely disabling deformity in both forearms, coming from a poorly treated fracture.
Surgery was successful, and the patient is now in Guinea.
- Evangelistic trip to Equatorial Guinea, aiming also to bring medical aid, to be undertaken by a group of +QS supporters in August 2009.
- Transfer of a 24 year-old patient from Gambia to the Son Dureta Hospital of Palma de Mallorca. This person suffers from a severe maxilofacial affection.
- Transfer of a patient from Equatorial Guinea to the Hospital of Bellvitge. This woman suffered from a pancreas cancer. The patient is now in Guinea.
- Transfer of a patient from Equatorial Guinea to Barcelona. This young man is affected by a disphonya that has a very negative effect on his relationships in Guinea. We are carrying out this project together with EMSIMISION.
- Economic cooperation with Chile in order to offer help after the earthquake happened in February 2010. The offer was collected by the Iglesia del Rafal of Palma de Mallorca.
- Transfer of two patients from Equatorial Guinea, both affected by cardiopathies.

- Rehabilitation of the school located in Evinayong (Equatorial Guinea) in order to improve its conditions of hygiene.
